Sean Khuon-Paige is an African-American cinematographer and Army veteran. At a young age his family instilled in him a love for documenting memories through film photography, VHS home videos, and digital cameras.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Digital Video and Cinema from James Madison University in 2019. He began working full-time for a Portland-based creative agency in 2020, where he honed his skills as a camera operator while making corporate videos for Nike.

Sean has since built his own small business through the support of the Portland film community and now has over four years of experience as a freelance cinematographer and drone pilot. He has worked on projects in various roles for clients such as Netflix, Discovery Channel, and Magnolia Network.

Outside of commercial work, Sean enjoys offering free and discounted creative services to local businesses and makers in the Portland area. He is passionate about exploring and uplifting underrepresented Queer and BIPOC stories and hopes to share more of these perspectives from people who look like him.
